just a note from an outsider its bad business to disclose customer information ESPECIALLY on a public site such as this i am quite sure we all know CJ and you could have avoided using his full name and more so his mothers name that was unnecessary. Also by trying to show how you changed and how stressful it was for you to move unfortunately you are the owner not the customer if you couldnt deal with the move dont try to push it on the move its not the moves fault. i never was am not and not sure if will be a customer but quite honestly i think starting this thread to begin with was a bad idea. Trying to clear up your name will not work the only way you can accomplish this as was mentioned is by regaining trust.

You also lied to us several times saying it had been shipped, when in fact it hadn't.. I'd also like to point out this from the bottom of the RECIEPT you sent me:
© 2003-4 όm•nitza
Refunds issued as follows:
Unopened, <30 days – 15% restocking fee
Opened, but un-installed – 15% restocking fee
Opened, partially installed – Contact Us for Details
Picture of damage must be provided.

When I tried to return them, all of a sudden you changed your rules.. Hmm... Also, you have no right to post my last name on this board.
And you're right. I could not for the life of me figure out how to put the lights in, even though they were "plug-n-play." I took it to a BMW specialist who has been in business for 30 years and they couldn't figure it out. Explain to me how that is plug and play? When I got my OEM BMW xenons, THEY were plug and play... And when we returned them, we sent them with delivery confirmation. SOMEBODY at your company signed for the lights. You must have lost them or something.. Just like you lost my whole order, and you lost my phone number when we were in the middle of that whole episode. You run a VERY organized company..

I'm not trying to come off as irritating, but when you spend $700+ on something for your car and they arrive a month late, don't you think you'd be mad? WOuldn't you be even more mad if they didn't work? And even MORE mad when the company refused to accept them back even though they sent you an e-mail saying that they COULD be returned?

Thank you, you are correct. Joel revealed his information and last name first on his posts. We did not reveal his address, his contact, nor his email address - though he did reveal that infomation previously:)

We would never willingly reveal anyone's info:)

I am not involved in this, nor do I wish to be. However, YOU revealed Joel's name in post #26, that Dr. Kewl edited to remove the last name.

I agree with another's post, as well. The more you dig here, the deeper the hole seems to get. I suggest you stop while you are, if not ahead, at least not as far behind.

Regardless, you don't have any right to reveal my last name. Even if I did, it doesn't make it ok for you to do it. It's MY name, I can tell whoever the heck I want... YOU run a business, you are supposed to keep things like that to yourself, not share them just because I showed my last name back in May in one post...

I could give you a few guesses as to what it translates to, but Jeff would probably kick me off the board on account of bad language.

I"ve read your past threads on the umnitza matter and I could understand why you would be angry. But if he's willing to start a clean slate and make sure things don't go wrong ever again, honestly, i don't see why he doesn't deserve another chance.

I've been burned a few times and vowed never to purchase from them again. But those are the one's who never admit they had any at fault.

If he's willing to admit his faults and wants to start a clean slate and make sure things in the past never happen again, i personally would give him another chance.
