tirerack will ship to any installation shop, but you have to make a deal with the shop first, it's kind of like bringing your own food into a restaurant :) |
Try Costco. If they don't have the desired tires in stock, you can order them online and they will be shipped to the Costco warehouse that you select for installation. They offer free lifetime services: inflation pressure checks, tire balancing, tire rotations, as well as flat repairs. Ask for $60.00 off coupon at member services desk.
Here is the link: http://tires.costco.com/TSSapp/TireLanding.xhtml Good luck. |
Ya looked into that too. Just don't have the space for four tires and wheels. Here's a craigslist link to someone selling tires/wheels in Seattle...the 17" would be a better winter setup inmo
good luck j |

I just recently bought Discount Tire brand tires not too long ago for my 3.0 and I am very much satisfied of how they perform. They are called Road Huggers and I think I bought them around $750ish out the door (if I remember them correctly) with all the crap that they sell with it - can't remember what it was tho. Give 'em a try and check out their website for customer reviews.
I have Toyo Proxes on my 4.8is tho and they are sweet too! :D Here's the link for discount tire.... http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...07662&sw=false GOOD LUCK and HAPPY HUNTING! |
