There is a compressor and valve block in the turtle shell under the spare tire, with separate accumulators for left and right in front of the spare tire. The left and right are controlled separately, but the leveling's primary purpose is to keep the back at the same height as the front if you have lots of extra weight back there like a trailer or something... to stop it from squatting.
