Offset is determined by the wheels NOT whether its a 4..4 or 4.8!These 22" wheels you are considering will fit a 4.4 /4.8 equally!
With regards to fitment, these wheels will fit as described here by 993turbo on post #9,with the exceptions that on the rear you would only need a 20mm spacer ,since these 22" wheels are 10.5".
Furthemore, assuming that you will be fitting the "usual" 285/35/22 tyres,on the front you will not only be 5mm closer to your suspension components, but you will also be sticking 5mm further out,but you should be ok.
Hope it helps you:thumbup:

Also will running 265/35/22 in front be ok? The previous owner says that he is running that size in front and 295/30/22 in the rear. Will the front size work on 10.5 wheels?

These tyres will be closer to stock rolling diametre than the 285/35s!

The 265/35 maybe too much of a stretch on that 10.5" wheel! Also by putting the 265 on the front and the 295 on the rear, there will be a difference of 8mm in the rolling diameter between the two!The rear being lower!
Why not put the 295/30 all round? You should be fine.
If you realy want to fit the 265s on the front,do get the tyre fitter to advise if the "stretch" is safe:)

I'm running 22" wheels that are 10.5" wide all the way around.

Tire size is 285/35/22. No fitment issues and no rubbing fenderwells or anything. Your other choices are 265/35/22 and 295/30/22.

265 is a bit narrow and has less sidewall so you may feel the inconsistancies of the road a little more.

295 provides better protection if you're not too careful when you park next to curbs. Very similar to the 285 size tire.
