You know when you read those reviews that compare the ML, X5, and Range Rover, and they list the off road capabilities? Then the writer makes the comment of..."But no one in their right mind would ever dream of taking $100,000 vehicle off road!"

I beg to differ...

:bustinguppictures look like my back yard, my 15 year old and 14 year old kids drive X5 there and don`t get stuck, they do some cool drifting .:cool:

Whoops should've clarified. I'm in Canada. Loaded X5 msrp just cracks the $100,000 CAD mark.

Most new 4WDs, even those far more capable than an X5 off road and far cheaper, rarely go off road. Perhaps one in ten?
