Dyno Day
 
I was driving around yesterday and one of the local performance part places around here was having a dyno day fundraiser to help pay for a kids medical bills, with all of the proceeds going to the kid. Figured since it was going to a good cause that I would strap the X5 to it.

So here's my dyno chart:

Yep. You usually lose ~ 25-30% in the drivetrain.

AWD sucks up the power in momentum. Wonder what a 4.4 or worse yet, 3.0 is putting down :(

Me and my 4.4 made it to Taos in 49 minutes effortlessly. Usually takes 1hr 20 minutes. A/C on, listening to Big Bill Broonzy with passenger and cargo. That's enough for me. :p:
