Unfortunately MAF's on this motor (M60, M62/TU, S62, etc) have always gone bad over the years quit quickly regardless of using aftermarket or stock filters. Fortunately they've come down in price and/or people have found other places than the stealership to buy parts. If you're replacing 02's and MAF's, sparkplugs may be in order soon.
