So...Imola owners...

What interior trim and finish was 'stock' on the Imola 4.8is?

Mine has Alcantara seats (which I love) and LeMans blue trim (which I don't love).

Curious what these typically came with, and where I could find replacements. Not into the carbon fiber look. Not planning to paint them myself. Just thinking.

Thrillcat, if interested, ill trade you my dark poplar wood for the lemans.I have a lemans blue 4.8 so i think it would look ok.I was on the hunt for the longest time for a set of piano black trim but I gave up and thought about painting my trim but thats not gonna happen anytime soon...

Four.8 interesting offer. Ill have to think about it. My trim a has one small hairline crack near the AC that I'd need to send you a photo of, but it also makes me nervous about the value after removal, as it could easily get worse upon removal.

But I'll think about it and send you a photo. I think I'm leaning toward dark poplar or the silver/brushed metal to replace.

Regardless what you choose, it will look better than lemans blue on imola red haha.
The silver trim would go very good with your seats as well.

Just did a resonator delete in stainless straight pipe: I was hoping for more but it is a noticeable improvement in sound. I will have to do the $1100 Billy Boat rear system to get more sound.

Relatively new member in the X5 family with a 4.8is. Unfortunately, don't have any fancy pictures like you guys yet, right now I only dug up a quick snap when I was washing the love of my life (don't tell my girlfriend!!) :rofl:

Edit: If possible,if I'm not asking too much, please take a side shot so I can see those running boards on lemans with the crossbars on...

I may be adding a 4.8is to the stable soon :cool:, so maybe one day i will post some pics in this thread XD
