This will be tested in the coming days and/or weeks or so, depending on how long it takes me to get a euro switch from Germany or elsewhere. I'd really like to help find a solution for the guys who don't have a hitch kit installed in their rides. So once I have the switch and can run the wire from the switch pin 8 (from the first page I believe thats right) to the LCM at pin 45, then I have to ground pin 45 (probably on a bolt in the floor) and test the pins in the X609 connector for voltage?

I emailed a couple sellers on ebay.de to see if they would take off VAT for me, shipping is the problem though.

One seller says shipping is 17 euro, another says 38 Euro!

Even at 65 euro, i'm about 85 bucks right now for the switch, better than ECS at 140 I guess.

Slick I just had this convo with the CEO on the way to work this morning, she takes the mods and maintenance in one boat so she thinks I "always have a project to do", when in reality getting my exhaust tips welded was the first "mod" I did since I got my 20s in August.

Little does she know I have calipers to paint, and spark plugs waiting to go in on the shelf of the garage, and a rear fog project is much more important

I'm seeing there are a couple different versions, some need to be cleaned up more than others on ebay.de

Would I be able to get a switch without the Auto headlight position and will it be pinned the same?

I never use auto headlights, ever. So if I can get a switch thats cheaper without the auto position and have it work the same I'll do it.

very true, I still find it astounding when she can spend 24 dollars for a bottle of shower oil, and 7 dollars for a bar of soap. and god knows she needs to get the matching 18 dollar lotion bottle to go with it.

(Sabon NYC by the way, expensive body products)

Would be good to know in my search.

Slick I emailed Craig and email is undeliverable?

It's not the issue with the wife complaining. My issue is not having the time to do anything. Between office work, then renovations, then going to a random supply, it all eats my time like crazy. Spending weekend with the family is tough as is. If I tell them that I am about to blow a day in the garage, chasing some wire, I will never hear the end of it. lol. That is why I leave these things to people that actually know what they are doing, then tell me how to do it, then I will kill that day, and maybe get something done.
