the brush is a soft brush, doesn't create light scratches. i use it to wash the car every time.

Frozen door handles anyone?

BMW sells special lubricants for frozen locks, handles, latches, etc, but the average BMW dealership doesn't know jack sh*t about BMW special lubricants. An issue that needs attention so customers can get what they need instead of being sent to Autozone. :(
