Trust me, we're missing a lot of services. Our public transport tends to be limited, if not non-existent outside the immediate suburbs of a metropolis.

In the US, we have tax brackets above 30% as well, except most of the money goes to waste. Our fuel quality isn't of great quality either. Do you want at least 10% Ethanol with that? Almost guaranteed to mess up your fuel pump.

Yup, UK miles - I also use the Sport transmission and the manual steptronic a bit, so its a real mix...
