I'm new to the forum, and would like to thank everyone for letting me in as a member. Great Forum....:thumbup:

I ordered some parts from this company 22.12.09, still no parts in my mailbox. So I sendt them an e-mail 08.01.10, asking about tracking for the shipment, no reply :(.

My question for you, my fellow X owners is:
Can I rely on this company or should I cancel the ordre and let my creditcard company know about it?

What are your experince with this company?

maybe christmas and new year holidays has anything to do with it? :dunno:

i've ordered from them with no issues. I'm sure they are just backed up from the holidays. not to mention being a forum sponsor try PMing them

Completely honest folks. Just call them.

Great company, I am sure you will hear from them soon.

I got my dice unit from them and it works perfect. I could no be happier especially with the free shipping and free tool kit.

Still no answer!
