I don't know, I sure do learn a lot off this site. I already have a good DIY background, but sure helps to have the tips and tricks from this site that I learn from others' :D. Especially on these German cars. I have only had Japanese before, easy to figure out. These cars are put together so much better! Arming myself with information keeps the service department honest, kind of ;).

It's pretty standard for Audi as well. |
Next time, talk with the head of service and tell them that this guy treated you poorly. All bosses want to know that the work is being done right.

I had a problem with my SA as well every single time I would go in to the dealership or if I called him by phone. The worst was when I asked him why my x5 had been driven so much while it was at the dealer and he wouldn't give me a straight answer then hung up. After that I went in talked to the head SA and talked to BMW Canada and soon after he got fired and I got a new SA who treats me with a lot more respect then he did.
