Thanks Crazymex, The insurance ended up paying for it all so I am getting it done at the dealership, I went with OEM wheels and Bridgestone Dueller Sport tires since it's sitting at the dealership I decided to get the aux hooked up as well :-)
BTW I got a loaner 328xi not bad drives pretty good but lacks the grunt and in interior...well what can i say i dont really like it.

Hey JBNY, i don't know if you already bought new set of wheels. My suggestion is to look around in Craigslist or something. I found the same size of your wheels (staggered) for my X5 in C.L. for $800 (Los Angeles, CA). That's just an example. I got them powder coated, black ($200). Then i got new tires, same size as your tires, TOYO Proxess, stggered of course, for $800. So, that's total of $1,800 (Tax free!)... and it's not even half of what the dealer is asking for! Try not to buy from dealer.

Hi BlackMamba - I bought OEM wheels from Dealership since Insurance payed all of it, the tires I bough from Tirerack since dealer's prices was pretty steep and i did not want the OEM tires, I was thinking about power coating it Black since i think they look awesome that way but somehow i did'nt (I hope i dont regret it), but yeah your suggestion is great and i wound do it if I had to pay out of pocket it's just that since the adjuster came to the dealership and payed for it I ended up getting it done there.

JBNY, that's great that insurance got you covered! You can always get it powder coated anytime. it's just a hassle removing the tires off the rims, dropping the wheels off at the PC shop, wait a week, etc. Some BMW dealers have black wheels in stock, too. Well, good luck to you, my friend! Put them locks from now on!
