Agree with all -- do not give them any notice or they will sabotage your car. Go down there with a tow truck, never let the X5 out of your sight, and get it out of there today. Make sure you get all parts.

DO NOT under any circumstances let them talk you into letting them keep the vehicle; they will destroy the motor or somehow otherwise get retribution against you.
