How many miles do you have on it now and what has maintenance been like over the last 1.5 years?

one split CV boot - replaced the axle.

swapped diff and xfer case fluids at 100K
replaced fuel filter
oil change
replaced front and rear brakes, plus flush
spark plugs
one HID headlight bulb died
rear flasher and tailight bulb
air filter
cabin filters

And I have a complete cooling system replacement ready to go in now.

Plus the thrust arm bushings need to be replaced, I plan to do ball joints and sway bar links at same time. It could probably use new shocks, but might wait awhile on those.

Typical BMW maint items. Nothing has failed per-se since I have owned it.
