My first car was a white 2004 x5 3.0 my parents passed down to me. My dad was the original owner and yes, I know I am really lucky.

My first car was a truck. and not a cool one. 1968 ford econoline cargo van (no seats), 3 spd on the column (with broken shifter, I had a pair of vice grips locked onto the stub), 250 c in straight 6.

My first real car was a 1977 leftover brand new Ford LTDII, 302 v8, luxury:rolleyes: cloth seats and a killer stereo with a single tape player. I thought That was cool

My first car was a 1952 Chevy 2 door fast back coupe in 1972. It has been in our family since it was new. My brother has owned it since 1977 and used it as an every day driver for years. He now pretty much just drives it to the drag strip. Just this year he broke into the 11's and trapping around 110 mph. What is really funny is it still has drum brakes and if he gets any faster he will need a parachute to stop it. Haa

My first car was a 2004 Velocity Red Mazda RX-8, Was Great Only If it weren't for all the CELs and Tranny Issues I would still have it. Had to Get Rid of Her at 6500 miles... http://vts.us/8/1.jpg

can't wait for the day mazda puts a v6 into that car

If they put a v6 in it... it simply wouldn't and couldn't be an RX_..... the ONLY thing that makes the car what it is is the rotary engine. Now put a dual sequential turbo on that modern rotary engine and have the only tranny options as manual or DCT and it would be amazing. True sports cars should no longer have the option for torque converter style automatics now that dual clutch technology is where it is.

My first car was a 1993 Honda EG8 Sedan powered by NA B16a DOHC VTEC engine. Had to get rid of her when I get into my photography hobby. :D

I Totally Agree with what you said there Weasel, Mine was a 6 spd MT, They did almost everything right on it, only if they put a little more thought into the drive train that would have been an excellent car. The interior was excellent and very comfortable and it was Genius how they put the reverse opening doors and still kept the car so sporty:
