I have a solution to that. She's under cover and hasn't been driven in a week while I rebuild my Dad's F10 front suspension. I find they behave very nicely if you never drive them. :D *still knocks on wood just in case*

I haven't started looking into what would need to be replaced yet.

The frame for the radiator was pushed back far enough to damage the coolant reservoir. Hood latch still works.

I may have had some fortuitous luck with the fact I had my mechanical fan off so it didn't fit the condenser/radiator!

Just ordered a tail light gasket (left, FCP has it on clearance) and FSR porcupine for Red. Last time I took a trip to Houston the IHKA went dead for 30 minutes, full blower, and full heat came on. Fun stuff. Hasn't done it since... but I want the part on hand anyway.

New icv, trunk gas springs and fan clutch arrive tomorrow. Money pit... Also bought styling 312's for E65.

Mine was cleared, then taped-over two months ago, so far no leaks.

Mine's parked rear higher (probably why the front drain clogged), but now it's sealed, no problem.

Good luck clearing your roof drains; I cleared mine and semi-permanently sealed them, so I shouldn't have to worry about a flooded floor ever again.

I only care for the utility of the X5, though I always have loved the styling; I use the combination of a sealed sunroof and a protective shield/roof rack to protect the sunroof glass from damage, and from roof leaks.

P.S. I had to remove my home-built "roof rack" to work on the sunroof, and to clean the sunroof and rooftop itself. Sitting under oak tress sure makes a mess of the paint, IMO. I'll need to make removal/reinstallation of the rack simpler, after I apply the protective film....

The front right drain had water and dirt on the line. I pushed the 0.095 line as far as it would go. Same for the rear. One side, the line went well into the sun roof area. The other side didn't. Even after a few tries. The front left took more line than the front right. I'll have to check the front right better.

Does the pillar come off with one screw behind the airbag cover? Once the screw is off, push up on pillar to remove it. I need to remove both sides anyway. The fabric at the dash portion needs glue.
