Plastic doesn't rust...

Offshore steel that's galvanized.....I've seen plenty of stucco exteriors with rust bleed through

Removing the bumper (easy enough)
Remove the old plastic (mine shattered upon the slightest contact)
Cut and zip tie mesh.
Receive 1000 cuts in the process.
