couple radio shack resistors and a splice would have done the same job ;)

Has anyone figured out how to do this on 2004-2006 X5s? Loved this on my E36 and e39.

This actually isn't something you can tell the dealer to turn off in the US. It is required by law to have amber lights/reflectors illuminated on your vehicle with your headlights.

I know that Euro vehicles can turn it off through the dealer, and I guess Canadian drivers can as well.

Do you guys have any more details on iLights? before i send an e-mail, what is it??

Even in Canada the dealers can BUT won't disable things like DRL's and side cornering lights. They will however do it if you tell them your shipping it to Germany or Europe.

easy.... spray the bulb with some silver high temp spray and it'll mask the parking lights but still blink bright when you have signals on. give it a shot! stole this from E46 forums.
