Oddly enough I pretty much told my insurance what happened and how, and they didn't give any issues at all. Easy as hell, they covered and arranged the tow to the shop, got the estimate that totaled it, asked me what I wanted to do with full check from totaled vs buyback, then just cut me the check. Statefarm ftw!
