it seem lemforder started to produce the bushing being discussed:
check 34933 01 and 34934 01

Thanks. Someone posted the part # in the last couple of weeks but I can't locate it now, even went through every post!

I've seen pics of other's worn out bushings so I hope someone makes this part easily available (like from Autohaus) soon.

This is the part on ebay you refered to, it is a ball joint for the hab carrier.
