Ok so I figured it all out after reading "PersonaNonGrata" post over and over, I realized I was looking at the rear of the radio head unit the whole time and not the in dash cd player. Once I pulled the cd player out, I saw exactly where the AUX cable plugs into. Simple as plugging in the cable and then snaking the wire to wherever you want the female end to reside. I chose the ashtray for its convenience and close proximity to both driver and passenger.
