I just got a response from the eBay seller I bought the screen from. eBay has limits on new sellers, and they've already hit their limits. SO if you want a screen from them, you'll have to contact them directly at this point. Ask for Joyce: [email protected] This IS the same seller that others here have dealt with directly.

The excellent DIY video posted here is really all you're going to need, (other than a trim tool, T10 Torx screwdriver, small phillips, and a needle nose):

Installed new Meyle thrurst arm bushings today. Even got my daughter to do the passenger side one. Here are some photos of pressing them in and out using the special tool I had made:
