Interior lights are not monitored. You can put any fitting bulb in.

The LED package is only for interier lights, but not for footwell lights and the lights under the doors. You have to buy 38mm festoon LED lights from somewhere else. For the lights in rear plate, you have to buy festoon with 'no code' function.

Spent $20 doing all my lights, doors, foot well, front and back dome with the map light, and license plate light. There is no need for the canbus error free bulb for the interior light, only the license plate lights.

My friend put them in his e39 m5 and I felt like I was in a hospital.
