PLEASE HELP! got a cluster..
 

hey guys a got a cluster out of a M5.... put it in my 2001 4.4
installed it but have problems
i drove it around for about 40KM and nothing happend
heres what happens:
1.no clock or date... i press the button on the deck to set it and it just does nothing
2.abs, yellow (!), and DSC light stay on
3.temp gauge is 3/4 hot.
4. no PRND, S, 54321 light up

so i got worried plugged the stock one back in and everything went back to normal EXCEPT problem #2, and that went away after 10 min of the car on.

What do i do? guys that have done this did you run into this too?

Not really sure, but I CAN say, make sure all your pins look good, on the male and female side, and make sure you have good contact... Dont know why it wouldnt work...

they are all good...
this sucks haha

I'm not sure if you need to have your M5 clusted re-coded at the dealer.
