From their website:

Compatibility Notes
Fully compatible with the lightning to 30-pin adapter
Not compatible with DSP radios. "DSP" will be indicated on a button on the front of the factory radio
Not compatible with vehicles equipped with iDrive
Not compatible with navigation radios

I dont have NAV, but i have dsp addon package.

The DICE units are much better than the USA spec. I have tried both. I've been happy with the DICE Silverline. There is also the Mediabridge which is newer and adds bluetooth.

1-Pull out/Remove volumn control knob. 2-Insert a Torx screwdriver T10? at the bottom hole, then turn and pull out the radio at the same time. 3- Use T10 to remove 2 screws located at the bottom of the CD player. 4- Pull out the CD player and take a picture of the back of the CD player for me. You can go to How To's get more info.
