A tad bit overpriced, but they claim more light output than OEM. They also use a reflector to help increase output and the LED is on the side rather than top.

Those are basically exactly what I have in my reverse lights for almost 3 years now. I paid $40, but Bimmian is usually a bit more expensive than Ebay. They should work well since there are large Cree LED's on the sides

Alright, looks like I might go with the Spektrums from Bimmian. Not feeling too confident with the 15W HIDs...

I'll post some pictures when they get installed. They also have a lifetime warranty..? Interesting.

So here they are! A lot brighter indeed! No errors, BUT there is the flickering during cold start (same as my angel eyes). I really wish there was someone who can code my car in Ohio.

HUNDS02,

Those are a lot brighter! I need to get me a set of those. I have the software and computer to code our X5, but am not sure if you travel around the Dayton area a lot. If you do, let me know and I would gladly code it for you.

I'll post an update in a week if there are any issues with these lights, but so far so good. I never been to Dayton but I would definitely make the drive if you are willing to help me! I'll send you a PM

Hunds02,

I got your message. Here is a link to a great post about what else you can code.

Yep, I was going through that this week. Thanks for the heads up

hunds02 10-28-2015 10:04 PM

I coded the car to stop the flickering as well as other tweaks. See post #87 on this thread:

I would definitely buy these lights. I can see everything behind me and the color temp is perfect.

I just purchased these from amazon:

Will update as I install them.
