I said fair to buyer not fair to seller.
I saw a new set asking for $2700 on eBay. Mine are not new in box but are straight with no bends and no repairs, no scratches and no curbing. That's why I haven't determined pricing. You don't see too many sets for sale to gauge market price.

Brand new from BMW with Michelins they are 4k. 4k - $1500 in tires = $2500 for a brand new set. Reps go for about $850 new. I'd agree with the guys here, $1200-$1500.
Edit: IMO, refinishing wheels lowers the value to me, simply because the buyer doesn't know what was wrong with them. As a buyer, I'd be afraid that there was some sketchy curbing repair on them. Doesn't matter if there hasn't been, it's just how it is. |
