Bought the tool and bushings on eBay.
Total damage was €245 (approx. $270).
Took about 3 hours to replace the four of them.
Didn't cut off the exhaust support to be able to remove both rear bushings but used a torch to heat up the support and bend it about 90 degrees to have it out of the way.
Both bolts going through the bushings on the side of the car you are working on need to be unscrewed to have enough space between the bushing and the chassis!
Unscrewed initially only 1 which didn't give me enough room to insert the tool.

Will probably sell the tool again on eBay.
Car is 10 years old now and the next car won't be an E53 so this was the first and last time I used the tool.
