Yeah over here in uk we have blue badge for disabled people I'm hoping I get mine I meet all the requirements for it but with our current dictatorship who knows if ill get it

dictatorship!!! lol... i remember, going to the PennDOT, to get a renewed placard for my grandmother, and the lady there asked for a new doctor certification of the disability... I asked if she thinks that my grandma has grown a new set of legs since the last medical check-up... the lady was apologetic but she could not attach the "old" medical certification to the new request - as the law did not allow her to do so...
I was pissed - there are hundreds of disabilities, and some of them are permanent, the law should understand and reflect those... if you have a legitimate need for hand controls in your vehicle, you definitely have legitimate need for the placard or plate designation... but, we have rather often than not, substituted common sense with law, and a lot of incompetent people are hiding behind the instruction, directive or other piece of paper, to cover up their incompetence...
