Yeah, sprayed everything on the car -- taped it off (remove tape after last coat before it dries)... and yeah, sprayed to underbody.

Does anyone have any tips on how to mask and spray the black area on the front doors where the mirrors attach? And is it really a good idea to Plastidip the roof rails?

I did my roof rails as well, just make sure you cover up the whole roof, I have some overspray on mine lol

Just use painter's tape to mask everything

Remove the roof rails to paint them. Pretty easy to do and faster than masking the whole roof. No messy overspray.

howbout the chrome window trim? it peeled off the trim and not along the edge when i did it. rest of the plastidip i did turned out great

If you use your roof rails you may want to powder coat them. I did mine for $80 and it looks great!
