Try another address that has been there a long time. What year is your DVD? Are you located in an area that has fairly recently been developed?

this is one good reason I chose to use my iphone bluetooth connected to my headset. I get directions in my ear without interrupting my music

On the left hand side of the disk label in the middle there should be a year.

your firmware is a bit old, you need to upgrade firmware... it should be 4-1/00... 00 is 100... you get perspective view with that...

on top of that you need freshest mapson dvd... i have 2012 and still, some newer roads built 2010, 2011 are still not there - i drive through the "woods"
