street no/intersection ......navi
 

Hi guys. I know there is a section for but I really needed some help on this .
I'm trying to input the street number on the navi but its not allowing me to do so. Only intersection. Am I missing something ? The manual says a drop down screen should allow me to select intersection or street num but I'm not getting that option.

am I doing something wrong?
This is a 2005 4.8is.

I upgraded to MKIV nav. When I select the option that is titled street/junction the next screen offers the option to select one or the other. Are you saying when you select street/junction the next screen that comes up you only see junction or if you select street nothing happens unless you select junction. Do you have this issue on every address you try to enter? I seem to recall having that happen on a particular address. If it happened I don't recall if it was the original nav or the MKIV but I think it was an address that was not offered on the nav disk at that time.

Exactly. Its not giving Me the option to select street number. Only junction/intersection.

what year are your maps? you already should have an MK4.. are you able to enter the city by entering the ZIP code?

Have you tried an address that you have had success entering the street in the past?

If you try an address that you have entered in the past and it works fine, the disc you have does not show the street and may if you upgrade to the latest disc, or, the current disc is corrupted.

I can enter everything except selecting between street num and intersection. Its only allowing me to select intersection

So it happens on every address you enter?

I can enter the street name, country, city, but when its time to enter street number, I can only select an intersection. Like if im going to 20 main st and main st intersects with Broadway , I can only enter Broadway. Its not allowing me to enter the 20. The manual say once I click on "street no/intersection, the next step is to select between street no and intersection. But when I click on it, only intersection comes up

so far I've been testing it with my home address.
