Had a great weekend Joe and always appreciate the time. That was a good shakedown trip for the car. Next time, it will be ready for you to take for a drive.

I'm glad I've got a mileage warranty on those tires because I keep finding a lot of black dust on the rear quarters that matches the color of the tires.

Well that just means you and your dad will have to do a road test all the way to Bossier city, so you can find out where it was coming from..... [emoji1787]

Good mems: I had a '78 TransAm, 400 T/A 4 speed MT, Silver with the opt wheels.
Helluva car for its day and weight.

Sold it in '85 and wish I had kept it. Nothing broke, ran like a top, handled well and was v quick for its day.

Enjoy your Firebird!

Indeed a nice bird! :2thumbs:

I still have my ‘78 TransAm 400 T/A WS6 4 speed MT, Gold Edition in black.

What can I say that hasn’t? One bad ass ride.. period!
