the below chart doesnt work for my 2005 e53 3.0d sport i have it lowered already 1.5 inches with eibach springs, and following the directions for measurement i get 710 for the front and 730 for the rear, maybe our cars in Australia get higher suspension than else wear

I suggest you set ride height where you like the stance, bearing in mind if it is higher than stock height it will be stiffer than it is currently and any reasonable amount lower will soften the ride.
The setting side to side height will not be spot on unless it is by chance. If you end up with a 1/4 to 3/8" difference side to side consider it a complete success. Visually, you won't see a difference. Also, when you adjust one side there can be a small change in the other side or end. Further, when you make an adjustment drive the vehicle a block or two and make a brisk turn left and right turn to settle the suspension and then check the adjusted ride height. |
I could not get it to adjust and seeing as it rides great & is 3mm high (negligible) I am ok leaving it alone.
