My X is the extra car. I like it a lot though. My e39 (DD) has 242k and is in fantastic shape, better than the X with half the miles. Miles are no worry, just maintain it properly.

^Many E53 owners on here also own (or used to) an E39 :thumbup:

I daily mine and I love driving it. gas is a little more now tho since coming from my jetta
