Question since I have my light on as well.....

Whenever this inactive suspension light is on in the dash, does the headlight stays on as well even during day time? My headlight is set to automatic and its on all the time whenever i get the suspension inactive light.

If 0074 coordinates with my error after my bags were replaced when I read the module with DIS, you do in fact need to do the air compressor repair.

My code was EHC74 accumulator filling requested pressure remains constant. I swapped my compressor out for a new one and have had perfect operation for over a year now.

The rebuild kits were not available readily then, and I found a gently used compressor.

Search eBay for "wabco compressor rebuild kit" and you'll find it for about 50 bucks.

Should fix your issues.

You, sir, gives me hope. I'll be doing the repair kit remedy tomorrow then reset light.

keeps fingers cross.

BTW, here is the pump repair kit OP if you dont know where to find it.

should not be directly related but the xenons must have automatic leveling, which is accomplished by the height sensors in the back of the car, which is also related to the level system... not sure how the leveling of the headlights can cause the lights to come on though... did you have a chance to read the codes? how is your battery? alternator?

my headlights are working normal ,only thing that isn't is my ride height switch, only working in the normal setting.

If the the suspension inactive message is in the dash, the suspension will not work. It will only blink like 3 times and stay where it is.

Keep me posted xride if it works! Remember everyone, you have to manually reset the faults in the module after repairing the compressor. The error light on your dash doesn't go away by itself!

So I did the repair kit remedy. Only time will tell if everything is good. I also had a whole bunch of code stored. I cleared everything...hopefully. I also got into the cluster to check the voltage and noticed that it was between 13.7 and 13.9....now its hovering at 14.0 and 14.1.

Jay, in the repair kit i see some zip ties, some bolts... why bolts? can't the original bolts be reused? the reason i ask, i saw that some sell just the piston ring... are there any other "required" parts? i have $hitload of zipties, don't need to buy anymore... lol...

The guy that put the kit together said that the kit is for various model of the pump. In the "repair kit" I got, there is another rubber ring that is NOT round..which doesnt apply to our car/pump.
