We had a 2005 Peugeot 206 cabrio in Mexico. in 2006 having never seen snow both rear brake lines failed.

The car was 14 months old and had less than 7k miles but was out of the joke 1 year warranty manufacturers get away with in Mexico.

Brand new car with 1 year manufacturer's warranty hahaha thats too funny. I wonder what kind of manufacturers warranty the Europeans get?

Yup. That is all cars. We got rid of a 2003 A3 I loved at under 30k miles & 3 years old because everything started to go. After the 3rd coilpack (at 300+ bucks)I traded it in.

Additionally if you like the Jeep OP that is all that matters.

nebilex 01-15-2014 02:43 PM

Oh and OP, dont mind too much the not so comforting X5 lovers hatred towards your Jeep, enjoy ur ride (dont do any moose test sudden swerves lol) and let us know how the progress on the revival of the X is going

If I needed a small, extreme off-roader I would go with the Defender 90.

Lmbo.... Us e53 guys are trying to convince you that the new jeep is unreliable. Congrats on the purchase... There's a reason most of them have an e53 and nothing newer. They can't afford a new one because all the money goes into Beamer parts.

Insightful analysis.

Shame it is 100% wrong.

I choose my e53 because it was what I wanted. Same seems to be the case for many posters here that could afford pretty much what we want.

:iagree:I had a half ton ram and a caravan... big repair bills, lots of problems :P

:iagree:with ecabrio, a lot of us buy the e53 because it's better looking than the e70 or the fwhateveritisnow.

Yeah, that's the one, lol. I don't know what they were thinking. The e53 is the best looking of the lot.
