I like the styling. If there's anything I can see being similar to it is the Suburu forester, not a toyota.

At least yours is tastefully styled, nice wheels, sport package, etc. First nice looking one i've seen. All the others are ugly lower end models with glaring bumpers making it look like a Subaru Outback commercial.
Just messing with my comments, I can be sarcastic (a lot of us can) here, we're all X-whatever family members. Enjoy the 4 years you have with it, I'll probably still have my E53 by then, love it and won't be giving it up for a long time. No car payment but still having a nice car is a plus. |

The headlights pulled back up the hood and towards the A-pillars, along with the black plastic lower bumper pulled up say "Make in Japan" to my eye.

You're going to trade up for the ugliest car BMW ever made? ;)

The new BMWs have proven their "style group" has forgotten the Bauhaus ideology, form FOLLOWS function.
Headlight plastic that's double the required size has Sullivan, Loos and Groupius rolling in their collective graves. BMW designers need to sign up for a night course, Elimination of Unnecessary Form 101! |

there also was a strange Z1 with dropping doors... :nanana: on the other hand, the gorgeous Nazca ( i think Z12?) is beautiful... |
For me, it's the X6 hands down. When I see any other BMW, I smile and say, 'MAH BRUTHA!' but when I see an X6 I look the other way like it's a cousin I don't like. ;)

First thing I always check on anything that is interesting to me is the 0-60 time. Even the X1 2.8 gets to 60 in 6.3. seconds. The only stock E53 that tops that is the 4.8. The x35i takes 5.6 seconds. I bet it is fun to drive and a great street sleeper. Looks like a BMW to me. |
