That's the engine,how is it running after the work? was it worth it?

Yes it was worth it and I see the reason it cost so much it's a lot of work I saved myself a lot doing it myself the only thing I did not do was the machining of the head. She runs like a champion the first 500 miles change oil, then 1000 miles change it aging drove the truck and kept it under 2k rpm so head could break in properly.

Thanks a lot for the infor,I am going for it on 6/3,I am having Mspec in queens NY do the work, I am glad I bought the after market warranty when I bought the truck last year to help pay for the repairs............like I said in the beginning of the tread bmw wants $4100 for the levers then $7671 for the valve stems.....................
