You could try an "anti-squeal" grease. It is applied to the back plate of the brake pad (Do not apply it to the friction side of the pad, where it touches the rotor) where it touches the caliper.
One time I didn't use any of the grease when re installing my OEM pads after a track day and they squeaked a bit. Regreased them and they were quiet.
