really really strange don't know what to think...could they have changed their mind about this and changed from "to the top" to "600ml only" in order to probably avoid that possible sipping....have no idea. That coming out of Rheingold 3.41.10

Yes totally strange.The only difference is that mine Rheingold is newer version with 3.47.10 as compared to yours 3.41.10.They may have updated it.But thanks for posting.

Could be as simple as realizing their mistake and correcting in later versions. Technically, Rheingold, TIS, etc. are not for public use.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but this is some pretty specific and relevant info in this thread. I have looked at this same topic in my version of ISTA which is 4.13.14 and it also says to fill to the lower edge of the opening for the fill plug.

This for a 2011 35d.

I think I'll probably end up measuring how much I drain and doing my best to match that amount.
