I've used both NCSExpert and BMWhat (Carly) app and found BMWhat app is much easier and quicker to use for basic coding.
The HKL module is available on the app. If you don't have access to it, you may need to purchase the Carly Bluetooth adapter or update the app. I experienced the same problem previously. I couldn't access the HKL module using the app and cable. I had to purchase the Bluetooth adapter. Wonder when they added that. I tried last week and it wasn't in my option list. I'll look again. Thanks!

I believe I don't have access to it because I haven't updated to Version 18.0 yet. I'm still waiting on an answer as to why Device ID & call information access is required.

Mine only clicks also. All three HKL options are active.

Works now. I left it alone for five, six hours and it works as it's supposed to. Maybe it had to go to sleep? Wonder if that's why the start without brake pedal never worked for me. I think you have to make sure there's nothing plugged in the OBD2 port, too, to let it sleep.

Thx for the info - I'll code it next time... it definitely helps when other people are back there taking stuff out and neglect to close it.
