Two fold. When I re-pinned the connector, I reversed 2 pins. This was complicated by the fact that one of the terminals on the motor inside the actuator had broken off. I put the pins in the correct location and replaced the actuator and all has been good.
Used Rheingold to clear errors. It cleared, I actuated the brake, it reappeared, cleared a second time and all has been good. |
Posted but some reason didn't stick. I had 2 issues-
1. When I re-pinned the connector, I reversed two pins. I did this after the replacement actuator stopped working and doubled up my problem. I corrected this issue and the actuator was still inop. 2. I replaced the replacement actuator and did forensic research. That failure was caused by one of the motor tabs being broken. I cleared the error using Rheingold. First clear and the error came back after one engagement. Cleared the second time and has been good since. |
