Did you happen to measure the inner OEM rings as well? I'd want to replace all 4 rings with the LED. I retrofitted them onto my e53 and love it. The wife can't stand her dull yellow ones on the 2010 X5d.

I would be tempted to have a little service like this, but I would probably need a few people who would commit. If I had a few lined up, it would be worth the time to get the best tools to do this again 😁

I didn't measure them, unfortunately. Since the inners are very bright and require just an LED H8 bulb replacement, the outer rings are the only ones that needed enhancing. If you want more detailed info, definitely shoot me a PM. The larger and smaller rings match in color temp and look oem with that particular ring I sourced.

Update: 9 months and no issues at all. No leaking or issues with the LEDs. Worthwhile upgrade!

Hey! I'm currently talking to AlpineD about this. There is a definite possibility to get this going. My only concern is that I'm not a Pro-- however, I've messed around with headlights a good bit in the past. It makes it more worthwhile if there is demand for them.
