Updates and pics coming very soon. Haven't done much as Harvey was set to hit San Antonio so I threw some stuff in storage and was keeping the X5 protected in the garage. I'll be adding some videos this weekend along with a review.

Added rear installation video. Working on putting together front installation video then some more pics this time of the vehicle.

Looks great, and kudos for doing the work yourself! I just installed the BC coils on my E53 X5, love it so far.

What settings are you using for the rear? I'm still settling in the springs however the rear feels a little bouncy at the moment. Also, do you know the spring rates for the rear on the E53 kit?

Surprisingly the spring rates are the same as the E70 setup. I'm currently set at 11 in the front and 11 in the rear, that's what my shop set it as.

It's been a good compromise, but the rear is still a little bouncy (even for coilovers), especially in the city or construction on highways, but I absolutely love it the other 90% of the time.

I was planning on the Swift springs and maybe getting a different spring rate for the rear, but it would have added 2-3 weeks, and my shop was trying to finish up the car.

Quick picture, sorry to threadjack!

I'm running swift springs and still feel it's somewhat bouncy. I've tried various settings and BC told me to run it at 3 from full soft and break in for about 250mi. Should be there by next weekend and will report back.
