2010 Bmw X5 x35d SMOKING WHITE???,
Hey came home on tuesday after work and didnt use the car wednesday
went to start it today and started smoking white a little on idle but heaps when u rev it i checked the coolant and still nice and green and also oil no signs of milkines any idea? turbo? maybe |

Miles? I've recently read that valve seals are a key offender of oil in the exhaust.

White smoke without coolant loss is normally turbo failure..
Did you get a chance to pop off the hose and wiggle the shaft of the lower turbo to check its play? Unfortunately, on the upper turbo is harder to access the shaft. |

In a gas engine, white smoke is accompanied with a sweet smell.
Can't comment on the Diesel. |
