Mine looked like it had so many rock chips (like post #12 above) I decided to use lamin-x and just covered the whole lens up with a slight tint. I know it's not ideal to darken the headlamps, but it was a quick fix to this until... well, I don't know.

How did the Lamin-X turn out? I'm sure if did'nt get rid of the crazing effect with it did it?

Crazing effect on the lens or on the road being illuminated? Didn't have an issue with the latter and now I don't see either to be honest.
