It’s not catastrophic yet, used the coolant pressure tester to try and find the leak this AM, but I can’t physically see the source of the leak. It seems to be coming down from the front of the motor, but the water pump area is dry above and below. I would say the leak I had previously was whatever is leaking now, and not my old water pump.

Anyone have any ideas what’s in that area that could be leaking?

check the coolant hose under the pulley from the bottom of the expansion tank, my mechanic replaced my expansion tank and in so doing inadvertently bent the hose upwards causing it to rub the pulley and it was extremely hard to see and didn't drip clearly so that you could see it until you moved the hose. It should be clear to see if those hoses are now appearing to be too close to the pulley.

Installed the crush washer at the water pump temp sensor, and no more leak. I can't believe how much of a mess it made from that one little spot. You would have thought there was a hole in the radiator.

Just guessing by the design of the sensor it looks like it had an o-ring originally.Good to here the crush washer worked for you.Looks like a better option anyway.
